Simple pricing · CAD
The same custom website. Choose a handover, ongoing care, or a way to spread out the cost.
I just want the website
Your website, built and handed over to you.
I don’t want to worry about the technical stuff
I build it, launch it, and keep looking after it.
I’d rather spread out the cost
No $850 upfront build fee. Website and care included.
All prices are CAD. Pay Monthly is a fixed twelve-payment commitment. After payment twelve, continue care or take your website elsewhere. Scope and terms are agreed in writing before work begins.
Some businesses need more than a five-page website. Online stores, booking systems, portals, larger sites, and custom integrations are scoped and quoted separately.
I can also help with business email setup, custom forms, databases, dashboards, and advanced functionality.
From first hello to launch
We talk about your customers, what you need, and your budget. I send you a clear scope and quote.
I design and build your site. You review the direction and content before anything goes live.
I hand over your completed website, or launch and look after it if you choose a plan with Managed Care.
A few useful answers
With Website Only, I build the website and hand it over. You arrange somewhere for it to stay online and someone to maintain it. With Website + Care, I also launch it, keep it online, manage the domain, monitor it, and help with minor updates.
Hosting (somewhere for your website to stay online), an SSL security certificate (the secure connection visitors see in their browser), backups, monitoring, routine maintenance, and direct support. It also includes up to 30 minutes of minor content changes each month and one standard domain up to approximately $25 CAD/year while care is active. Unused update time does not roll over. Larger redesigns, new pages, and integrations are quoted separately.
No. With Website + Care or Pay Monthly, I handle the technical side. A domain is your website’s address; hosting is what keeps its pages online. Website Only is best if you already have hosting, an IT provider, or someone who manages your website.
Care can be cancelled after any applicable agreed minimum term. You keep the website you own and can arrange another host. I provide the files and reasonable migration or handover information. Your domain stays in your name, and you take over renewal costs when care ends. For Pay Monthly, the fixed twelve-payment commitment still applies; your written agreement defines early cancellation and unpaid build-cost terms.
With Website Only, you own the completed website once the agreed build invoice is paid. With Website + Care, you own it from launch once applicable build invoices are settled. With Pay Monthly, ownership transfers after the twelfth payment. Domains are always registered in your or your business’s name from the beginning.
It lets you spread the website cost across twelve monthly payments while Managed Care is included. The first $125 payment is due when work begins. Twelve payments total $1,500. After your twelfth payment, the website is yours. Continue Managed Care for $50/month, or take your website elsewhere.
Yes. Eligible nonprofit organizations can receive 50% off the website-build portion of a project. Hosting, Managed Care, domains, third-party services, and separately quoted integrations remain at their regular price. Eligibility is confirmed before the project begins. Managed Care stays $50/month. Monthly payment arrangements are calculated in the final quote.
If another client or partner referred you, include their referral code when you send your project brief. Any applicable referral credit will be confirmed in your quote. How referrals work ↗
No. Bring whatever you have: a logo, a few photos, or a list of services. We’ll work out what the website needs and agree on any content work in the scope.
No. Cedar & Stone, Northline Auto Works, and Solace Coffee House are fictional businesses. Their websites show different design approaches; their sample reviews and project stories are illustrative.
