Your website, built and handed over to you. $850 total, with no ongoing service.
- Up to five custom pages, designed for mobile and desktop

- Basic search-engine setup, so search engines can understand your pages

- Finished website files and reasonable handover documentation
What happens after the website is finished?
I provide the completed website and its files to you. You are then responsible for arranging somewhere for the website to stay online, connecting your domain, and maintaining it. This option is best if you already have web hosting, an IT provider, or someone who manages your website.
This option does not include keeping the website online for you.
Ongoing hosting, domain registration or renewal, maintenance, backups, future content changes, and ongoing technical support are not included. Deploying the site onto hosting you already own or control can be discussed and quoted separately.

Website + Care
I build it, launch it, and keep looking after it. Everything from Website Only, plus:
- Hosting: I arrange somewhere for your website to stay online
- SSL security certificate: a secure connection for your visitors
- Monitoring, routine maintenance, and backups
- Direct support from me when something needs attention
- Up to 30 minutes of minor content changes each month
- One standard domain up to approximately $25 CAD/year while care remains active
- Domain registration in your or your business’s name, plus domain settings (DNS) administration
In plain English
You don’t need to arrange hosting, worry about security certificates, manage domain settings, or figure out why your website stopped working. I handle the technical side and you contact me when something needs attention.
You own your website from launch once applicable build invoices are settled. Your domain is registered in your or your business’s name.
How Managed Care works
Managed Care is $50/month. Your 30 minutes of minor content changes cover small updates to existing text, photos, or business details. Unused time does not roll over. Larger redesigns, new pages, integrations, and other additional work are quoted separately.
You can cancel care after any applicable agreed minimum term. You keep the website you own, and I provide reasonable migration or handover assistance so you can take it elsewhere. Your domain stays in your name. When care ends, I stop paying for its renewal and you take over that cost.

Nonprofit pricing.
Eligible nonprofit and community organizations receive 50% off the website-build portion. Website Only is $425; Website + Care is $425 + $50/month. Managed Care stays $50/month.
Hosting, domains, third-party services, and separately quoted integrations remain at their regular price. For Pay Monthly, the build discount and monthly payment arrangement are calculated in the final quote. Eligibility is confirmed before work begins.
