Care is included.

While you spread out the cost, I keep your site online and handle the technical side.

• Hosting: I arrange somewhere for your website to stay online
• SSL security certificate: a secure connection for your visitors
• Monitoring, routine maintenance, and backups
• Direct support from me when something needs attention
• Up to 30 minutes of minor content changes each month
• One standard domain up to approximately $25 CAD/year while care remains active
• Domain registration in your or your business’s name, plus domain settings (DNS) administration

Unused monthly update time does not roll over. Larger redesigns, new pages, and integrations are quoted separately.

After your twelfth payment,
the website is yours.

Continue Managed Care for $50/month, or take your website elsewhere. You are not tied to ongoing care indefinitely.

Your domain is registered in your or your business’s name from the beginning. When care ends, you remain the domain owner and take over renewal costs.

How Managed Care works

Managed Care is $50/month. Your 30 minutes of minor content changes cover small updates to existing text, photos, or business details. Unused time does not roll over. Larger redesigns, new pages, integrations, and other additional work are quoted separately.

You can cancel care after any applicable agreed minimum term. You keep the website you own, and I provide reasonable migration or handover assistance so you can take it elsewhere. Your domain stays in your name. When care ends, I stop paying for its renewal and you take over that cost.

A clear commitment.

Twelve payments of $125 cover the website and care during the first year. The written agreement defines early cancellation and any unpaid build-cost terms before work begins. Cancelling care does not remove the agreed twelve-payment commitment.

For the community

Nonprofit pricing.

Eligible nonprofit and community organizations receive 50% off the website-build portion. Website Only is $425; Website + Care is $425 + $50/month. Managed Care stays $50/month.

Hosting, domains, third-party services, and separately quoted integrations remain at their regular price. For Pay Monthly, the build discount and monthly payment arrangement are calculated in the final quote. Eligibility is confirmed before work begins.
